Northwest Valley Musical Arts was founded in the fall of 2000 by owner and principal instructor, Nicki Park. Mrs. Park has been employed as a General Music Teacher, Band and Choir Director, and Worship Leader in both Christian and Public Education environments over the past 15 years. Mrs. Park's love of music and teaching has also lead to years of experience as a private instructor of Piano, Voice, Concert Band Instruments and the Creative Arts.

In the summer of 2007 Mrs. Park used her experience as a studio musician and live performer to debut a full length recording project titled, "Better Than Yesterday." This project features 13 original songs that share her personal victory of overcoming adversity through faith.
